Millie, James, Alysha and the rest of the team looked after us well. They got us to the lifts, picked us up, and arranged dinner reservations. The desk was staffed in the mornings and afternoons, with help available by chat at other times. It’s a lightly serviced apartment setup. We had a pleasant two-bedroom unit during peak ski season. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, and the well-equipped kitchen worked nicely for breakfast before skiing. It would have been fine for dinner too, though we were usually wiped out after skiing and onsen. The ski lounge was roomy and easy to reach. In middle Hirafu, you probably don’t need a car unless you plan to visit other resorts outside Niseko, such as Rusutsu. Nisade group's properties seem well run, and I’d come back.

The ski storage was great, with plenty of rack space to dry boots and gloves for the next day. We had a great time at Terrazze. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were kind, professional, and quick to respond. No complaints, and I’d definitely stay again.

The location and views were great, and the staff were friendly. We still had a good time, so thanks, but a few things were frustrating. There was no room guide explaining how the TV, heating, and other things worked, and everything was in Japanese. We weren’t told the boiler was small, so one bath used up all the hot water. The heating also wasn’t working properly. We were eventually told there was an issue that would take time to fix with outside contractors, and the room guide only arrived on our second-to-last evening. The drivers could also have been a bit more responsive to requests.

Thomas made check-in and check-out easy and was super helpful. We stayed three nights for our honeymoon, and the room and amenities were great. The place is tucked away from the main areas, so it was quiet, and having a driver pick us up and drop us off at the snow fields made a huge difference. Highly recommend!

The views of Mt Yotei were incredible, and it’s in a great location. Having drivers for drop-offs and pick-ups made a big difference. The team were helpful, especially Jamie. Such an amazing place to stay, highly recommend.
