The yard was a wonderful place to look at the stars, and we had everything we needed for our family of four, including a washing machine and dryer. We stayed just before Christmas to visit nagashima spa land. The theme park is very close, and there's parking on the property. Our room felt cosy, and the friendly host had drinks and bread ready for us.

The onsen admission was included at their main hotel, and the restaurant there served local unagi and big, juicy organic strawberries grown at the hotel. The gentleman who looked after us was incredibly attentive, unlike anything I've experienced before. It's a fantastic location with wonderful hospitality. If we return to Nagashima Spa Land, we'd look to stay here first.

A quick drive gets you to the outlet and amusement park. It's a good place to stay if you don't want a long drive or to pay double for a room in Nagoya City. There aren't many convenience stores close by, and few restaurants stay open at night, so I'd pick up food to bring back if you're going to be out late.
