The downstairs common area was especially useful for our family of four. The kids made full use of the play space, and there was also a room for events and tea ceremonies, plus board games at certain times and a restaurant with good food. Most of the staff were welcoming and very attentive. The rooms had everything we needed for a short city stay, and the contemporary design is neatly done. It's right in central Kyoto. Highly recommended.

There was free sake tasting at night, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room was bright, clean, tidy, spacious, and very nice. Check-in took a while, though it wasn't a big deal for me. There's a restaurant by the hotel entrance. We didn't try it, but the food smelled really good.

The complimentary hot drinks available every day were a nice extra, and we enjoyed the bar too. The bartenders were very nice. Every staff member we met was friendly and welcoming, and the clean rooms met our expectations. I'd happily stay again and recommend it to others visiting Kyoto.

Breakfast is a must here. It was delicious, and I got to try something different each day. The evening sake tasting was a lovely touch too. Staff were always friendly and greeted me whenever I passed by. My room felt modern and clean, and the location was excellent, very close to Kyoto Station with lots to explore on foot nearby. Thanks for making my Kyoto visit so wonderful!

We added breakfast to our room, and it was absolutely worth it. They serve a great breakfast to start the day. The staff were very friendly, and the location is great. Our room had enough space for us and our folding bikes, and the amenities were more than adequate.
