R&Run Residence Inn Kyoto Apartment

Ay, the receptionist who welcomed us, made our stay at R&Run Kyoto serviced apartment even better. I hope I’m saying her name right. Her English was excellent, and she took great care of us, answering questions right away, booking restaurants, helping with a car reservation, and even arranging to send our luggage to the next destination. Thank you, Ay. The apartment was wonderful, with everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable and spacious enough, and the washer and dryer made laundry easy. It’s right in the center, close to beautiful sites, restaurants, and bars. For us, it was the perfect place to stay in Kyoto.

The hosts really went out of their way, offering fresh towels whenever we asked and even fresh coffee. Our room was spacious, modern, and clean, with lovely decor. It felt like a home away from home. We loved staying here in Kyoto and highly recommend it.

We had a very good time here as a family. The apartment was set up well, and the location was really convenient. The service and staff were very friendly too. Thank you.

The staff were lovely and attentive, and the service and value were both amazing. The location is ideal for the main sights, in a relaxed, sophisticated neighborhood near Nishiki Market and the main shopping streets. Highly recommended.
