The staff were really friendly.
Nothing about the hotel stood out as especially good or bad; it felt like a standard business hotel, with simple rooms that I didn't find particularly small. The service was average and seemed to depend on who was working. The large parking lot was a plus, though it's a long way from the JR station. There's a convenience store within walking distance, but it's a bit of a trek. The large public bath was out of order during my stay.
Getting here from JR Maebashi Station cost 600 yen for a one-meter taxi ride when the road was clear. My room had a luggage rack, but the two wall outlets were awkwardly placed, so bring a longer charging cable if you want to use your phone or other devices while lying down. The toilet had a heated function, though the seat itself was cold. If you have sciatica or tend to feel cold, you might want to bring a toilet seat cover, like one from a 100-yen shop.
The front desk woman had the same awful attitude other reviewers have described. Her sullen manner wore me out, and I really don't want to come back. If the company keeps employing someone people have complained about so much and nothing changes, then the company itself is responsible.
