We stayed at the nearby campsite run by the same company, which lets guests use the bath here. I can't speak to the hotel rooms since we only used the bathing facilities. The bath is small and seems due for renewal. Both options, the main building and the lodge, felt lacking and could be much better. Staff here, and at the Kyukamura resort in Wakayama, often seemed unsure of the rules. Some said campsite guests could use the facilities, others said entry was only allowed after 18:30, and some required a campsite receipt. It felt like the rules changed each day based on who was at reception. Better staff training, or a meeting to get everyone aligned, could really help.
