We visited in winter, with heavy snow outside, but the room stayed warm and comfortable. The milky white onsen was small but amazing, with water at just the right temperature. We bathed four times during our one-night stay. There’s also a self-service, all-you-can-drink bar on the first floor, a nice place to unwind in the evening. We spent a weekend here with our family for our son’s birthday. The inn is older, though its 2025 renovation gives it a new, modern feel. Staff were extremely friendly, the room was clean, and both dinner and breakfast were excellent and served in just the right portions. We’d definitely like to return in another season.

The team made our 15th anniversary weekend feel special, adding personal touches after we booked it as a surprise. We were welcomed warmly throughout, and the staff couldn’t have been better at shepherding our 17-month-old while we ate the plentiful meals. The private family sulphur spring onsen was a great surprise. There’s a short walk to lovely waterfalls and a coffee shop, as you can see in the photos, and the place is great for relaxing. They also set me up with space to work on my laptop for one of the days. Thanks again for making the weekend special for us.

I stayed last month. The natural hot springs and rooms were great, and the hotel has recently been renovated. It’s also very close to the nearby ski resort, about a three-minute walk.
