The location made getting around easy. There are lots of places to eat and shop nearby, with the hotel mall on the lower floors and Mitsukoshi Department Store and Okaido Shopping Street next door. The airport limousine stops in front of Mitsukoshi, the Okaido Tram Stop is a short walk away, and Bansuiso, Saka no Ue no Kumo Museum, and the cable car to Matsuyama Castle are all within walking distance. Inside, the bathroom looked quite elegant, though the room itself was disappointing. The furniture was ordinary, the chair creaked, the lighting was too dim, and a wall blocked the lower half of the window, leaving no view. Front desk staff were efficient, but seemed cold and reserved.

A pleasant enough stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great. In the room, though, there wasn't much space for luggage for two, and the bed was smaller than I expected.

The hotel feels a bit dated, but it was clean, comfortable, and everything worked. The staff were top notch. I left something behind, and they helped get it back to the United States. Thank you again!

The service was exceptional from start to finish. Breakfast was great, and the view from the top floor is spectacular. Worth getting a drink up there. The room was a little tight for two, with the bed pushed against the wall so one person has to crawl out. A smaller desk and sitting area could have left room to shift the bed over. The furnishings are older but well maintained, and the bathroom is in good shape, though dated. Outdoor noise comes through the poorly sealed window.

For a convenient stay, this is a decent value. The staff are helpful, and the hotel is close to major tourist attractions and several shopping arcades. It's a bit dated, but the location and easy access worked well for me.
