Mr. Satoshi was so friendly and even picked us up at the station for free, something we haven't had at other hotels. The setting is beautiful, and the ski lift is only a five-minute walk away. Rentals for skis and other equipment were much cheaper than elsewhere. I'd definitely love to return someday and recommend the place.

Mr Satoshi san was incredibly friendly and helpful, even picking guests up and dropping them off at Echigo Yazawa station. The hotel bed was comfortable, and breakfast is available. For skiing at Ishiuchi snow resort, the field is just a six-minute walk away. Thanks Satoshi, we'll be back!

The breakfast was especially good, and I also loved the huge bath, snowboard rentals, and pick-up service. Had such a great time here, and I already miss the place. Definitely recommend it and would come back!

The owner really goes out of his way for guests, even offering rides from the station to the mountains. Breakfast was tasty, and the hotel is cosy with several private baths. It's close to all the ski action, and rental prices are much better than elsewhere, with plenty of larger European sizes.

The owner was extremely friendly and helped us through every part of our stay. We spent three great nights here, had a pretty good dinner, and found the rooms clean. After a long day skiing, the hot baths were wonderful. You can rent all your ski gear here and buy a day pass too, and the gondola is within walking distance. I'd definitely recommend staying.
