For four people, the rate came to 19,800 yen for the night, or 17,820 yen after Booking.com's 10% subsidy. It was a great deal and the best value place we stayed at on our trip around the Kii Peninsula. We stayed on May 5, 2025, the final night of our trip, and I was very satisfied with how spacious, clean, and tidy everything was. The popular villa from the TV commercials is rented as a whole, with free parking. There's a living and dining room and another room downstairs, plus three rooms upstairs and bathrooms on both floors. The rooms have bedding for two each, though one upstairs room was marked as unavailable. The villa sleeps up to eight. Since we were four, they may have let us choose whether to use the first or second floor. Check-in details came by email, and a woman took care of everything when we arrived. Leaving was simple too, just drop the key in the designated mailbox. I had some concern about staying there at night after reading reviews that called it scary. The upstairs had curtains, but downstairs there were none, just frosted glass, so I worried about light showing through.

The whole building is yours, which made it easy to stay with small children without worrying about noise from us bothering other guests. It's clean and newly built, with well-equipped appliances and tableware, so we were really comfortable. There are places to barbecue and set off fireworks in summer, and the ocean is nearby. I hope to come back. The host is especially wonderful and sweet. Even during our short stay, I could tell she puts guests first and keeps thinking up and carrying out improvements to the property. I liked the place, but honestly, I'd come back just to see her again. It's good value depending on how many people are staying. It's near the bypass and fairly close to Kansai Airport. There are two convenience stores within walking distance, plus Misaki Koen Station and a drugstore. The supermarket is a short drive away.

The detached house was spacious, spotless, and hygienic, and the kitchen had everything we needed. My friends and I made hot pot together and had a very comfortable stay. The staff member who checked us in was incredibly helpful. It's also close to the subway station, with the beach about a 10-minute walk away. I'll definitely come back.
