Dormy Inn Mishima Natural Hot Spring

The rooftop spa really stood out, with great facilities, a lovely view, and everything kept clean. Breakfast had lots of healthy choices and tasty food too. The staff were extraordinarily kind. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Thanks for the work you do, you should be proud of it.

I was very happy with my stay, as I usually am with Dormy chain hotels. The sunsets from the massage room are amazing. One thing to know is that the women’s onsen doesn’t look like the pictures on Google Maps, since privacy screens block the view. That’s probably sensible, though, because people can use zoom cameras to be creepy.

The late-night light ramen and free ice cream are nice extras, and the hotel is especially affordable on weekdays. If you book a Fuji view room, you get a great look at Fuji. The onsen is comfortable, and breakfast is amazing if you’re into tuna and shrimp.

Clean, functional, and a decent base for rail and subway connections, with some good food options too. The rooms are pretty good for the price, but the walls are thin, so if you’re bringing the mistress, girlfriend, or secretary, turn the TV up or put on a good show for the neighbors. Not much of a honeymoon spot.
