What made this stay so memorable was the service. They remembered our names and my wife's dietary preferences, and made us feel welcome. Anh spoke perfect English and gave us useful tips on beaches for snorkeling and swimming. We rented very nice wetsuits and snorkeling gear, and they even offered an in-room massage at short notice. The room was huge, thoughtfully designed, minimalist, and full of natural light. It was lovely to swim in the evening under some of the best starry skies I've seen. Breakfast was great too. This is the nicest hotel I've stayed at, even compared with several very nice places in Asia and Europe. The level of service was truly unbelievable.

Stayed two nights in the comfort cottage in March 2025. It's a calm hideaway, with modern comforts surrounded by Miyakojima's wild greenery. You hear birds and waves instead of crowds or traffic. The dinner and breakfast menus were fantastic and featured local ingredients. A lovely fit for couples who enjoy doing nothing in a luxurious setting.

The suite villa with a pool was spacious and comfortable, and the quiet spot away from downtown made it easy to unwind in a different kind of atmosphere. You can't see the sea right from the room, but it's only a short walk away. Having laundry facilities at the hotel was convenient for washing and drying clothes. It took about 40 minutes to get there by rental car from Shimojishima Airport.

The beach right in front of the hotel is a bit rocky, but it's long and has pretty natural scenery. I had it to myself, which was a real plus. The room was spacious and had a nice bathroom, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Booking directly through their website also gets you perks like a late checkout. Hope to come back.
