Toyoko Inn Miyazaki Ekimae

The location is excellent, right by the train station and surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants. The hotel also provides breakfast, drinks, and tea packs, with a washer and dryer in the lobby on level 1. The room was comfortable for two people with luggage, and had both a small work table and a small dining table. The queen bed was comfortable for sleeping. Based on my stays at other 3-4 star hotels in Japan, I’d put this one on the plus side. A good pick for a 3-5 day business or holiday stay.

The complimentary breakfast was enjoyable, with chicken nanban and a tasty Miyazaki soup. The hotel is right by the station, and the staff gave good service. My room was in great condition and had all the necessary amenities. It was definitely worth the money.

It’s just a few minutes’ walk from Miyazaki Station, which is handy if you’re traveling by train. The staff are helpful and friendly, and you can tell they serve you with heart. The room is small but comfortable and very clean. The bathroom is small too, but clean, and there’s a bathtub to enjoy whether you’re traveling for leisure or business.

The room was small, basic, and a bit dated, so keep your expectations modest. Still, the price is good, and the hotel is right by the station. Breakfast was decent too. For the value, it's one of the better options.
