I stayed in December of 2024 and got a deal on the lodging, so I’d say book if you find one. I was given a nicer room at no extra cost because it was available. It was large, mixed Western and Japanese style, and had a lovely water view at sunrise. Parking is available. Use your Tokyo parking skills and you’ll be fine. You can leave your car into the afternoon if they don’t expect it to get crowded. The walk up to the attractions was easy for me, though that might not suit someone with physical limitations.

The hotel is 1km from the station. When I booked, the listing said a free station pickup was available. After I arrived, I asked twice, and both staff members said no. That feels like misleading customers. Please choose carefully!

I spent 2 days and 1 night in a Japanese-style room with breakfast and dinner included. The view was nice, the food was delicious, and the staff were kind and friendly. The building and facilities are a little old, but they’re well maintained. There’s an Osen bath on the 4F, and the price is very good. It was a great experience overall.

The man at the front desk was friendly, and the view outside the hotel is nice. The hotel is old, but the room didn’t smell bad. There’s just one onsen.
