8/10
It's a very standard business hotel, with an older-style room, but everything was neat and clean and I had what I needed. The station is super close, so getting around was a 10/10 for convenience.

The room was clean and fairly spacious for a family room, and the train station is really close, less than five minutes from the entrance. The reception staff were friendly too.

Just an average hotel, though the location right beside Mobara station is good. There's no restaurant in the hotel, so breakfast needs to be booked ahead and eaten at the restaurant in the next building. The staff are friendly and good. Wi-Fi is awful, with lots of disconnections.

The internet was very slow, and the price was about the same as a big hotel in Chiba.

The room smelled odd and wasn't clean.
