MURAYAMA West Entrance Hotel

We arrived late and worn out, and were surprised to find Hotel right beside the station as soon as we got off. The service was splendid, and the place was clean and quiet. There's food at the hotel if you arrive before it gets too late. Lawson, Mega department store, and Diaso are all within walking distance, along with the essentials. You can rent a car right next to the Hotel entrance, too. It's a quiet town, so check the train times on Google Maps when planning a trip for the next day.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had great views, with a set breakfast included. The hotel is right by the train station, which makes it really convenient for JR. A short walk gets you to a supermarket, McDonald's, and other places to eat. For a night or two, it does the job well.

The west-facing rooms have a really nice view, and I liked my clean, spacious single room. The public bath and breakfast were good, too. It's very close to the station, making it a handy place to rest on the way to Ginzan Onsen, just two local train stops from Oishida Station.

The hotel itself was clean, pleasant, and had good facilities, but the staff weren't great. I was charged twice for a few things, then my card was charged again a month after my stay. I ended up blocking the card. I'd avoid staying here. If you do, perhaps book through a third party so the hotel doesn't have direct access to your card.
