The rooms make good use of the space, and the beds are firm but comfortable. Staff were efficient and worked to make the trip less stressful. It’s a few minutes’ walk from Nagano Station and near a 7Eleven. The hotel is environmentally friendly, and provides a robe and slippers. You can also pick up extra amenities in the lobby if you need them. We’d highly recommend staying here.

For what we paid, this felt like a steal. The room was small, as you might expect in Japan, but two people and two large suitcases fit with a bit of creative rearranging. The hotel looked old, and a few spots felt rough and outdated, though cleanliness was okay. There’s no laundry room, but a large, good coin laundry is about a 15-minute walk away. The staff were really nice and helpful. Location is excellent, about a 3-minute walk from Nagano Station with a 7-Eleven next door.

The rooms got quite hot, and there’s no AC, so we had to crack a window. Otherwise, we had a good stay. It’s right by Nagano station, which was handy when we arrived and when we needed to store our bags on departure day. The lobby has lots of amenities, including tea and toiletries for guests to use.

Check-in was smooth and the price was affordable. Our room had two single beds, both a good size, and there was plenty of space to unpack our luggage. Getting there with our bags was easy because the hotel is very close to Nagano station.

It’s right across from Nagano Station, with a 711 nearby if you need to grab food quickly. I checked in at 9pm without a problem, but make sure to call ahead if you’re arriving late. The staff were nice and spoke English. You can leave your luggage at the hotel after check-out, and there’s also a cute souvenir. ☺️
