My wife and I found the property just the right size, and check-out came after a very pleasant stay. I also run a private rental in Nagasaki Prefecture, so Sakayado had been on my radar for a while. Its traditional row house has been renovated to an astonishing standard. As the name Sakayado (Sakayado) hints, there’s a slight slope to climb, but the view gets better as you go up. From the property, it really feels like you’re looking at "Nagasaki!"

I booked the room for day use. It had a stylish look and a great atmosphere, and the view across Nagasaki’s hilly city was fantastic. Highly recommend it.
