The location is fine, and the rooftop beergarten is really nice, but the place was disappointing even for a budget hotel. They were inflexible, and we were told not to speak in the beergarten. Imagine that, when ours was the only group there and everyone was sober.

The rooms were clean and nice, and the staff were really friendly. They’re quite large by Japanese standards. The hotel is near dejima and several other tourist attractions.
