The only positives were the spacious room and quiet surroundings. Dust was piled up in the ventilation ducts and air conditioning units, and the air felt unpleasant as soon as I walked in. The bed and pillows were awful, so I slept restlessly. I messaged on Booking.com right away, but got no reply until after we checked out following two nights. It was an unusually dirty place for Japan and a rare disappointment among Japanese accommodations. Families with allergies should absolutely avoid it.

I spent four nights here in August 2021. It’s a good choice if privacy matters to you. The building and interior are lovely, especially the spacious, comfortable kitchen and living room. The bedrooms are a bit small, and the parking area is quite slanted. It can be hard to locate at first, though once you arrive it’s easy to find.

I appreciated the ocean view, roomy parking area, comfortable bed, bedroom TV, and well stocked amenities during my 3-night stay. The surroundings were nice, and the building and interior were very clean. Everything I needed was a short drive away. Cooking for myself did bring a few hassles: there was no clothes dryer, not many dishes, and the frying pan was burnt and unusable. There was no plastic wrap, paper towels, or wine opener either. The toilet bidet wasn’t working right, though I got it going after changing the batteries. The space under the sofa cushions was full of trash, which was gross, and the toilet exhaust fan was dusty. There were no supplies for cleaning the toilet or bathroom, and no spare drain strainers for the sink.

There are two rooms and plenty of space for a family, and you can check in on your own. The location is a little remote, in a residential area.
