Hotel Cent Main Nagoya

The location worked for me since my friends place is nearby, though it might not suit most people. It’s around a ten minute walk to Sakae station, in Shin Sakae, where things can get a little rowdy at night. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had loads of options. I was surprised to see annin and fruit too. The bathrooms were very clean. The beds are a bit old, but I fell asleep easily.

The room was clean and nice, and the staff were very helpful. It’s a quaint hotel with just the bare minimum facilities. Getting around from here isn’t ideal, but it’s manageable if you like walking.

The room was comfortable and clean, and there’s designated parking for 1,000 Yen a night. But the bathroom kits weren’t up to standard, and you have to get a disposable comb from the lobby. They didn’t give us the WiFi password until we asked, and there’s no PC station in the lobby even though the website says there is. The buffet breakfast was average with limited choices. Staff sometimes ignored us and gave priority to locals, so the service wasn’t satisfactory. It didn’t feel worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s fairly close to the Sakae shopping area, but still about a 15 minute walk, which isn’t ideal with family and kids.
