There’s luggage storage before check-in for free, and check-in and check-out are mostly handled at a convenient machine that’s easy to use. Staff were polite. The area is a bit sketchy, but I had no problems even at night. It’s around 10 minutes from the station and still a great location for Nagoya. The room was small, but fine for a short stay with little luggage. The bed was fluffy, the bathroom was big and had a shower only. I didn’t have time to try the public bath on the upper floors. There are lots of amenities, but no chair, so you have to sit on the bed to use the table. Breakfast was 1300 yen, added on site, and generous with several choices, mostly salty and Japanese style. I think the space may also work for getting work done since there are plug ins. Minus one star for copying documents from foreign residents of Japan. It’s not legally required, and hotels shouldn’t ask once they’ve confirmed the person lives in Japan. Check the law. I think hoteld should know better by now.

The rooms are quiet and comfortable, and there are free amenities by the elevators on the main floor. The washers and dryer actually dry your clothes, which is a big plus. The location is perfect if you want to be near a subway entrance and restaurants, and it’s close to the Osu shopping street. The hotel was amazing, and the check in staff were great. They were always ready and able to help.

I stayed three nights, and the room was clean and quiet despite being near a busy downtown nightlife area. The location is fantastic. The breakfast buffet was fairly good, though it could be better. Some food was cold, but the coffee and juice were good. I liked the quiet music during breakfast; it made me feel relaxed.

The public hot bath on the top floor was my favorite part. The place is very clean, and everything feels worked out and precise in typical Japanese style. It’s downtown Nagoya, with heaps of shops and restaurants nearby. The entrance area is quaint, with good music and a relaxed Co-working vibe. They’ve put some thought into the amenities and where things go in the room. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re in Nagoya.

The location was excellent, and the rooms were beautiful. Staff were so helpful. There’s a beautiful Japanese hot tube to use, and delicious matcha hot drinks are available after 4 pm. Absolutely fantastic stay!
