The food and drink menu had lots of options, and I had fun with the karaoke. The room on the 5th floor was great, especially the bathroom, which was very clean. It didn't have that usual cigarette or musty smell you get in love hotels. Check-in starts at 8 PM, and it was packed when I arrived then. I figured a busy place must be good, and the front desk staff, who I assume was a man, turned out to be especially kind and helpful. I was very satisfied.

My girlfriend and I keep coming back. It's a comfortable place to stay, with rooms that are really clean and tidy. The staff are polite and kind, so we feel safe here and are very satisfied. We'd like to keep using it.

There's a broad choice of YouTube, background music and adult videos on the VOD system, more than at other places. The welcome drinks have plenty of variety too, though the food menu could use work. It's almost like a family restaurant. The amenities are great, including bubble bath products, but anyone expecting familiar store-bought shampoo and conditioner might be disappointed. We tried the non-smoking room this time. Last year they were all booked, and although plenty of places call themselves non-smoking while the wallpaper and linens still smell, I couldn't detect any cigarette odor here. The room and bathroom were both very clean and well cared for. It seems popular: there weren't many vacancies when we checked in in the morning, and the parking lot was full by afternoon. The more you use the place, the more discounts and services you get. Staff were polite and I'd like to return. Payment is at the counter rather than in the room, so keep in mind you'll see other customers and be served in person.

Don't be taken in by the exterior. It's expensive, dirty, and the front desk staff are grumpy and unhelpful. The food is inedible. I wouldn't recommend it.
