Breakfast was so yummy, I wish I'd eaten more! The room was pretty average for a Japanese hotel, but the service was nice. The hotel is huge, and it took us a while to find the breakfast area. Guests get free parking. I'd come back.

There’s a big play area and arcade for younger kids, and the staff can speak English, which is handy for visitors from abroad. The hotel itself is lovely, with a free hot bath for guests and some unusual vending machines. You can also drop by the guest lounge for hot or cold drinks, including coffee, tea, and chocolate. A nice spot to unwind or bring the family.

The spa is nice, though it isn’t a natural hot spring. The facilities feel a bit old, but the place is small and clean. If you’re after a day to relax, it’s one of the better options.

It’s in a pleasant neighborhood and, surprisingly, doesn’t always seem busy. Maybe it feels too fancy for my taste, though that’s just my guess. Four stars otherwise.

The kids have a great playground, and there’s a proper bath complex too. The Japanese restaurant is pretty typical. For what you pay, the quality is good.
