The staff were excellent and friendly, and the lounge was comfortable. Still, getting between the rooms, showers, lounge, and lobby meant using four different floors, which I didn’t enjoy. The pods also got warm when the privacy shade was down because there wasn’t airflow. We had to be out of the pods from 10 until 3 each day, which was a bit inconvenient. I’d come back, but for a couple of days rather than four.

The pods were comfortable and quiet in the women’s section, though there was a loud snorer in the men’s. I liked the roomy lockers, which fit a large suitcase, backpack, and small bag. It’s about a seven-minute walk from the station with luggage. Nice place, and I’d stay again.

I wouldn’t stay at this hostel for more than one night. The generic replies to reviews give you a sense of the quality. What worked: the location, English-speaking staff, and the provided pajamas and other amenities. They also give you more than one towel. The dorms have CCTV cameras, which I questioned. Lockers and showers are on the third floor, and the lift takes a long time. There are just five showers for three floors of beds, so people have to queue. Showers and the changing area sinks are unavailable from 11 am to 3 pm. The tenth floor was being renovated, so guests were told to use the café by the entrance. When it closed at 7 pm, staff turned off or removed the heaters even though people were still there. The next day, after checkout, I wasn’t allowed to use the chargers in that space. Once checked out, guests are expected to leave. There’s no luggage storage after checkout, and staff said that option isn’t available anywhere. There’s also no fridge, water, or microwave. Basically, you just get a bed.

The staff are always friendly, and the hotel is consistently clean and well located. It’s a comfortable, convenient option for an efficient traveler. Glitch, the specialty coffee shop in the foyer, is a nice extra. I’ve always had a fantastic stay.
