Breakfast had a medium-to-large selection, including deep fried pork cutlet and deep fried prawns. The cleanliness was superb and service excellent. The main downside is checkout at 10:00, though I know that’s normal for Japanese hotels. I stayed two nights. The room was a bit small, but I could open both my 22 and 26 inch suitcases. There was no view from the window. The location is extremely convenient, just opposite BIC Camera, and it’s a 10-minute walk to the Meitetsu Platform for NGO airport.

The room was clean, and I appreciate the staff who cleaned it. Most of the other staff were nice, too. But one front desk staff member left a very bad impression. My family and I stayed four nights. I chose the hotel thinking it would be convenient, but it wasn’t as convenient as we expected. It may work well if you mainly use JR, but it’s nowhere near Meitetsu, and I understand a hotel can’t be close to every kind of transport. The main problem came around 9am on 6/12/2025, when I asked the female staff member on duty whether stamps for postcards were available to buy. I’ve stayed in Japan many times, and some hotels offer that. I tried to communicate in English and understand that most staff don’t speak it, but she looked impatient and completely blank, without responding at all. I expected at least some reaction. That ruined my mood, and I really think she needs more front desk training.

The location made meals easy, with plenty of food options around the hotel. It’s directly opposite BIC Camera, and an escalator leads straight into the train station. Sending our luggage onward with Ta-Q-Bin was easy, too. The hotel handled it all, and one delivery slip covered our five bags. We had a Deluxe Double Room, Non Smoking (14 sqm). It was compact but well arranged, with a small bathtub and a humidifier that you fill yourself. There were several pillows to choose from. Check-in was smooth, and the hotel already had our Expedia booking. As is common at Japanese hotels, they took copies of our passports. Coffee, toothbrushes, and combs are available at the lobby’s self-service corner, and there are coin laundry machines and vending machines for drinks and beer.

The room was nice, with separate vanity, toilet, and shower areas, so three people could wash up comfortably. The hotel is close to the train station, with an underground passage leading to it.
