We stayed in room 1111 on March 2-3, 2026. The room and service were amazing, and the city location made it very convenient. Breakfast was good, although the same price gets you better quality and more variety elsewhere. My friend wanted beer with breakfast 😄.

On April 13, 2026, about 25 of us got together at Collective Hotel Okinawa for a friend's birthday. The staff were friendly and attentive, and managed our large group with ease, so the evening went smoothly. The atmosphere suited a special celebration, and the dinner was memorable. Every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. We'd gladly recommend it for group meals and special occasions.

I had a great stay at hotel collective. The outdoor pool, hot tub, and onsen were all nice, and there’s a private parking garage. My only problem was the third bed in the room I booked for three people. Its mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The manager understood, and we paid a little extra for another room, still less than the usual daily price. We were then upgraded to the 13th floor for free.

The club lounge was a welcome place to take a break after hours of walking. It’s open from 1 to 8pm and has a good selection of snacks, food, and drinks, so I recommend booking a lounge room. I stayed for a week and found it an ideal base for exploring Naha without a car. My room was spacious, clean, and well stocked. The fridge was replenished daily with two Orion drinks and two teas. From the room, I could see Kokusai Dori and the surrounding area, all the way out to the sea.

We thought we'd lost a wallet during our one-night visit, and the hotel staff helped us get it back. They were professional and courteous. The amenities are excellent. I highly recommend this place for a visit to Naha / Okinawa.
