Check-in was easy, the email customer service was prompt and friendly, and the amenities were well stocked. The rooms were clean and ready, with new furniture and equipment in good shape. It's within walking distance of the rail station and Kokusai-dori. We stayed here at the start of our trip, went elsewhere, then came back for the last night. The higher-floor rooms during the first few nights were great, but our room on the second floor was much noisier from the street, especially the nearby izakaya. The room is quite small for a family of three or four. There were no hooks in the bathroom, and since there wasn't another place to change, that was awkward. The pillows were also too flat and uncomfortable.

The neighborhood was peaceful, and major sights and everyday stops like restaurants, a supermarket, and the monorail station were all within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The apartment had the amenities we needed and was generally comfortable, though it was a bit small for our family of four and had no parking. The kitchen and dining area felt cramped for two adults and two teenagers. Still, everything worked well, and we had a nice holiday here. Very happy to recommend it. Thanks!

The room itself was comfortable, with a single bed per person and just the right firmness. There were two TVs, a bathroom with a separate shower and toilet, and a washer and dryer that didn't need coins. They were in a small separate room with a door, so the noise stayed contained. The combination lock meant we didn't need keys. We paid around $5200 per night for four people for two nights. Breakfast wasn't included, but there seemed to be at least five breakfast spots within a ten-minute walk. Don Quijote Tsubogawa was quite close, as was the KLOOK day trip bus meeting point, about a five-minute walk. If you're joining a tour, the location is a good fit. The self-service check-in process was the rough part. We got the PIN by email the day before, but the machine for our group had crashed and showed a computer desktop instead of the check-in screen. I called the customer service number beside it and tried to explain in broken English and Japanese, but doing it over the phone was difficult. They asked about the situation, booking name, and reservation number. A small Japanese family arrived later, and I asked them to help explain that the machine was broken and I couldn't check in. I was extremely grateful for their help. I then emailed customer service, who sent the password and room number so we could get in. They said we'd check in later that evening once the machine was fixed. It took about half an hour to sort out, and that help was a real lifesaver. Aside from the broken machine, I thought the place offered pretty good value.

The room had a kitchenette, washer, and dryer, plus a bathroom with both a shower and bathtub, which the kids enjoyed. Self-service check-in was handy, and the machine interface was in Chinese. The ceiling lighting was dim, though the floor lamps helped. The location is great, close to Asahibashi Station and Naha Bus Terminal. Restaurants and izakayas fill the nearby alleys, convenience stores are close, and Kokusai Street is a short walk away. The bed was clean and soft. The air conditioner made some noise but didn't keep us awake; it cooled evenly and kept the temperature steady throughout the room.
