We’ve traveled all over the world, and this is the best hotel we’ve stayed at for service and value. We went in November, outside the high season, and £100 per person per night felt like amazing value. That included breakfast or lunch, chosen each day, as well as dinner with four excellent restaurants to choose from. The rooms were spacious and well appointed, with a fridge and tea and coffee facilities. We couldn’t fault anything and would definitely stay again.

The staff are always welcoming you with a happy smile, and the service is very good. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean, and breakfast is good. The hotel is centrally located in Naha and not too far from the airport, though the nice beaches are far away.

The garden is beautifully maintained, and the fresh flowers during the day add a lovely fragrance to the hotel’s calm, elegant atmosphere. Staff are friendly and professional. In the evenings, there’s a free live performance by a pianist. There are three excellent restaurants, and the breakfast is so good that even French tourists were having croissants by the basket. Kokusai Street is a convenient 15-minute walk away. A truly luxurious place to stay.

They advertise an ocean and palm tree view by showing a pool in the official photos, but that pool belongs to a different hotel. That’s deceptive, so don’t be fooled. I don’t trust them. They also still have those outdated “no tattoos” rules?

A beautiful hotel with wonderful service. The room and bathroom were spacious, everything was very clean, breakfast was wonderful, and the coffee was amazing.
