The place was thoroughly cleaned, and my family of three had a pleasant stay over the New Year holidays. A table where we could eat would have made it five stars. It's less than a 10-minute walk to Kokusai Street, and I'd definitely stay here again.

It's easy to walk back after a night out at Makishi Public Market, Kokusai Street, Senbero, and nearby spots. An older local told me this area apparently used to be an entertainment district. Teruya Parking Lot is about a three-minute walk away and costs 700 yen for 24 hours. I recommend it.

The room is bright and spacious, with a kitchen stocked with cutlery but no seasonings, and a washing machine with detergent. It's a little far from the tram station, and there isn't an elevator.

The place is nice and fairly spacious. There were five of us, and the house accommodated us well. I just missed having a kitchen. The location is very good.
