I was keen to stay here after seeing the positive reviews, but I emailed the hotel team to ask about a room and got no reply for two working days. That left me disappointed with their customer service, so I decided not to book. If they can't get back to me promptly before a stay, I can't imagine how hard it might be to get help during one. Reliable support matters, and this hotel didn't meet that expectation.
This has been my favorite place to stay in Okinawa so far. The room felt cozy and lovely, and it's close to Asato Mono-rail station and the bus station. There are plenty of nice restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby, and Kokusai Dori isn't too far either. Self-check-in and check-out were very convenient. There's also a nice art gallery next to the entrance.
Asato station is only a 2 minute walk away, and there's a local 24/7 grocery store just a minute from the place. It's a lovely Airbnb with clean, modern-looking units that have a washer and dryer, full bath, kitchen, and balcony. The area gets a little lively at night, but things seem to quiet down after 1 am. A perfect spot for a little Okinawa getaway!
A cozy room in a great location, less than 2 min from Asato Monorail and Ryubo Supermarket.
The room had handy extras like umbrellas and basic seasonings, and there’s a balcony, washer, dryer, and gas stove. A 24-hour supermarket is right outside the station, which makes cooking an easy way to save money. Getting in was simple with the clear instructions and tablet at the entrance. After check-in, you receive the room number and door code. It’s an unmanned guesthouse, so they can’t hold bags ahead of time. Anri Station, about a two-minute walk away, has four lockers that fit bags up to around 25 or 26 inches. If they’re full, Makishi station has more. No elevator. The Wi-Fi, cleanliness, and check-in problems mentioned in older reviews have been addressed. This is the best self-service guesthouse we’ve stayed at, and we’d happily come back to Okinawa.
