This cozy hostel had pretty much everything we needed. It’s super close to the railway station, with a convenience store across the road. The owner was really nice, gave us a map, and pointed out good places to visit. There’s also a really good takoyaki place next door, definitely recommended.

Jose was so helpful, and everyone else was friendly too. The place was clean and cheap, and renting a bike for 500-700¥ made it easy to get just about everywhere.

The beds were clean and the price is tough to beat. It’s a bit out of the way from the main attractions, though, and sharing just one shower and bathroom can be a pain if you’re trying to leave early.

The host is Spanish and speaks both Japanese and English. He can help you plan places to visit. There’s a kitchen and bathroom, and WiFi too. Good place.

I met all kinds of people here, which was a nice part of the stay. It was my favorite place on the trip, with a clean, cozy feel and really friendly people.
