A clean, comfortable apartment close to a grocery store and Nara Park.

We could walk into town and over to the park, and Espresso Nerd is close by too, which we liked. The house was really clean, with plenty of room for two, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Parking was included. A very good place for a couple.

The steep stairs could be tricky for families with little kids, so keep that in mind. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay. The whole building is rented as one place, which meant no noise problems, and the monochrome room looked stylish and felt well cared for. It was clean and had lots of amenities. The heated bathroom and reheating function were especially welcome, since the bath stayed warm. Getting there from Kintetsu Nara Station or JR Nara Station is a bit inconvenient, but supermarkets and places like McDonald's are within walking distance, which would suit a longer stay. It's a nice base for strolling around the outskirts, a little away from Nara town. We had a fun time and highly recommend it.

The house gave us that special feeling you get from staying in a home, and I really enjoyed that change from the usual. It was only about five minutes from Kyogoku Station and handy for getting to different sightseeing spots, though finding the road there was a little tricky. The place had been cleaned thoroughly and we had no problems. I was glad we could smoke in the garage, and renting the house was affordable too.
