Richmond Hotel Narita

The room was a highlight. It felt bigger than most hotel rooms I’ve stayed in, with a roomy bathroom in a Western style, a good layout, and seating for two with an office chair, another chair, and a table. The bed was comfortable too. The front desk clerk spoke fluent English, which made checking in much easier. The location was great, with lots of good restaurants nearby. I really enjoyed the restaurant’s breakfast, especially for a hotel breakfast. I’d stay here again if I come back to Narita.

The beds and pillows were very good, and the room was nice. The hotel has a restaurant and a good range of amenities, with two Lawsons, the train station, and buses close by. Staff were excellent. There’s complimentary coffee in the lobby, a free morning shuttle to Narita airport, and a nice buffet breakfast. The bath and shower combo and the usual Japanese toilet were there too. No complaints!

Our room was small but comfortable, and breakfast was lovely. The service was impeccable. My husband left his phone in the taxi we arrived in, so staff called the taxi service and had the phone delivered to our room. When I asked about a shuttle to the train station because my husband’s knee was bothering him, reception came back to our room with maps and the train timetable. Great place to stay for one night between airport travel.

The staff were attentive and the service was excellent. The room was roomier than at other hotels, and the rate was very reasonable. I also appreciated the amenities and toiletries, including face masks and drip coffee. It’s conveniently close to Narita Station, and the hotel runs a free shuttle to Narita Airport. If you’re looking for a good hotel, this one won’t disappoint. I’ve stayed at other Richmond hotels in different prefectures and was just as impressed there.
