The staff were lovely and polite, and having a well-priced supermarket right next door was really convenient. The hotel itself was nice too. The pillows were incredibly hard. I asked for a softer one, but that was just as firm. Maybe it’s a Japanese thing, but softer pillows would be a good investment. If you need a taxi back to the airport, book it ahead. It was very hard to get one from the hotel. I ended up taking a taxi to a train station in the opposite direction, then another one back to the airport. It came to £400 altogether, so watch out.

The staff were professional, polite, and always smiling, and parking was spacious and easy to get to. I’ve stayed here many times, and this visit was very good too. The rooms are large, with a comfortable bed and pillow. The furniture shows its age, but it’s still in great shape, and the toilet facilities are excellent. Dinner is included, along with a bento of the day’s dish. There’s no choice of meal, but when I’m traveling for work, I’m happy to eat at the hotel instead of going back out. Breakfast is included too and starts at 6:30 in the morning, with eggs, bacon, other choices, juice, coffee, and bread. I’m very satisfied. Thank you!
