The three slides look exciting when you first see them, but I got bored after about 5-10 minutes. They really seem aimed at younger elementary school kids. I went early because I’d heard the pool was closing for the season, and I think I expected too much for the price. 😅 Caribbean Beach back home is cheaper and more fun, even though it’s actually on the pricey side for a local pool.

There isn’t much else nearby, so this seems like a place where you’d stay overnight and use the pool along with the other sports facilities and barbecue options. I brought my children to the pool because the hotel is closing this summer, though I’ve never stayed there myself. The pool price feels a bit high, especially since it doubles on weekends and during Obon.

There’s food available, so you can spend the whole day here. The outdoor pool feels wonderfully open, and the kids have a water slide to enjoy. It’s set to close in September 2018, so if you want to visit, now’s the time.
