The hotel is a little old, but it's conveniently close to Niigata station and has good food. You can leave your luggage at reception before check-in, and there are plenty of amenities. Beside reception on the first floor, there's a microwave and a drinks machine, plus free welcome drinks for guests: hot or cold coffee, hot or cold hōjicha (roasted green tea), and water. You're asked to leave your room key at reception when you go out.

The building is old, but the hotel was very clean and conveniently located, and the price was cheap. The staff were nice and handsome 😁 Thanks so much, from Vietnam.

The location is awesome and the room was very clean. Staff were friendly, too. I did find the bathroom a little cramped, even for a budget hotel.

It's a pretty grim, old hotel, but the location is very convenient.
