One Niseko Resort Towers

Moiwa station is ideally located nearby, and the hotel has shuttles to the main station, though a rental car may be more convenient. Parking is available. We were very happy with our family stay at One Niseko. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very polite, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. There's an Onsen that's great after skiing, plus all the basics, from laundry to a corner shop. It's very family friendly, and we'd come back.

The rooms are spacious and good, and the staff are friendly and doing their best. Cleaning happened every two days, at random times. But I would avoid this place if you're traveling with family and want convenience or amenities. There's no food at the hotel, nothing walkable nearby, and no delivery options. We ate “cup of noodles” from the gift shop for two nights. No coffee in the lobby in the morning either. The lobby had an awful smell, apparently from “stink bugs” (see photo). It isn't close to the Niseko ski resorts in general. Hirafu is a 20 minute taxi ride, and taxis take about 20 minutes to arrive after you order. There's no Uber, just a Japanese app/service that sort of works. They do have a shuttle to Annupuri. The location is terrible if you need easy access to things. They charged us $150 on arrival, apparently for “taxes,” with no clear reason. The hotel simply isn't close to a 4 star standard. In the US it would be a 2 star place, like Motel 6. If you're without kids, have a car, and can live with the smell and lack of food, it may work for you. Otherwise, avoid it.

The rooms were a good size, but this didn't feel like a 5 star hotel. There's a smell throughout the building. They run a shuttle to Annupuri if you tell them the day before, but there's no shuttle into town. The cafe opens at 10am, so you'll probably be out already.

The rooms are comfortable and fairly priced, with newer facilities than many Niseko hotels. The staff are friendly, and the service was good. The reception team were all helpful.
