Pension & Restaurant Bistare Kana

The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable, with lots of room under the beds for luggage, and the beds themselves were really comfortable. I stayed with my fiancé and another couple, and we all had a fantastic time. Yamasan was a welcoming host, and we looked forward to the delicious breakfast each morning to see what they'd cooked. Niseko Annupuri Ski Area is ideally close, about a five-minute drive, and Yamasan drove us there each morning. We'll stay here again on our next ski trip to Niseko.

The host was kind and answered our questions, included breakfast, and drove us to the Annapuri ski area each morning. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean and reasonably priced, with a heater. I'd recommend it, especially if you're on a budget. It exceeded our expectations.

Yama-son really cares about his guests. He and his wife looked after our every need, and he gave us a snow and weather update each morning before driving us to the mountain. The breakfasts were amazing, the rooms were great, and the shared bathrooms were very clean. We also loved the location, with an Onsen five minutes away on foot and restaurants within walking distance. We had an amazing stay at Bistare Kana and will definitely come back for the amenities, service, and location.

We were very glad we chose Bistare Kana instead of one of the much pricier Niseko hotels. The owner and his family were friendly and accommodating, and served a delicious breakfast every morning at 8:00. The rooms are basic, but there are good shared facilities, including a coin-operated washer and drier. Bathrooms and showers were clean and nice, and with only five or six guest rooms, it never felt crowded. We had an excellent week.
