Song Saa

It was my first time in Niseko, and the team, Anna, George and Kitti, made the stay unforgettable. Their service was next level, and we’re so grateful. The property worked beautifully for our large group, with plenty of space, a great location, a clean interior and thoughtful touches throughout. It exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back.

The house was beautiful and roomy enough for our big group. The hospitality was unreal from the moment we arrived, with staff bringing all our bags and suitcases inside. Thanks again to everyone for being so helpful. We’ll be back.

The chalet team were so helpful with all our questions and requests, and the location was great for Annupuri lifts and restaurants. We loved the private areas out front and back where the kids could play as long as they liked. We’ve been to Niseko three times and have stayed in lovely places, but Song Saa tops them all. The furnishings and design are thoughtful, and the house feels cozy while comfortably fitting our huge family. I’d 100000% come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury family or group escape.

The kitchen was a cook’s dream. I loved making food while looking out through the glass at the snow-covered landscape. The rooms were wonderful too, with huge bathrooms. Our whole family of 14 spent seven days in this beautiful, idyllic chalet tucked into Annupuri. Song Saa felt like a perfect home away from home, and we’re already looking forward to another little family vacation there.
