Fuji-san did so much to keep our trip running smoothly, and everyone in our group is grateful for his efforts. The place itself had fluffy bedding, clean bathrooms and showers, on-site laundry, and a warm storage room for ski and snowboard gear overnight. Renting snow sports equipment was easy, breakfast was great each day, and the shared spaces were lovely. Some Japanese is useful, though staff can often handle most questions in English.
The place was lovely and very clean, and only about a five-minute walk from Annupuri ski center. Mr. Fuji was friendly and helpful. He looked up transit options online for us and drove us to the bus stop in the snow. We’ll definitely choose Fuji’s Pension Tomten again for our next ski trip to Niseko.
A cozy little lodge that’s great for foreigners, with friendly staff who speak English.
The hosts were welcoming and pleasant, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathroom and shared toilets were spotless, and breakfast had plenty of variety. Excellent!
