We stopped in for hot chocolate and really enjoyed it. The menu was in English, and the food looked great. They also gave us a free apple and pickles.

The staff were courteous and friendly, and went out of their way to help, especially the owner. That made the whole visit enjoyable. We had half board and really liked the food. The kids' play area came in handy when the children needed a break or were waiting for us to finish dinner. After a long day out, the on-site onsen and outdoor jacuzzi were fantastic, and the quality gear from the on-site rentals was great too. Being right by the chairlifts and near the bottom of several runs made it a perfect ski-in, ski-out spot. We'll be back!

The food was fresh and tasty at every meal, and I loved everything they made for us. We booked a Western-style room with dinner and breakfast. The owner and staff were super nice and helpful. The hotel itself is simple but clean, and its natural onsen was lovely after a whole day out in the snow. One of the best ski hotels I've stayed at. I'm sure they have the best cook in Japan!

Ski-in, ski-out was a real plus, and the ski rental was so convenient. The onsen was great too. The only issue was that booking a room online wasn't very easy.

We had a wonderful time here over Christmas. The staff were lovely, the food was amazing, and it's such a beautiful place to stay. I was incredibly happy here and am already planning another trip back. Highly recommend it.
