MIYAMASO

The rice was so good, and dinner also came with sashimi, duck, and chawanmushi. There was more than I could finish, especially with the generous yakiniku portions. The dedicated grilling room had ducts that kept the smell from spreading. The room was old but spotless, with fresh tatami and air conditioning. The bathroom was fairly spacious, the hot water was just right, and the toilet had a washlet. The owner and hostess seemed very kind. It’s right by Manba, with a convenience store within walking distance. I’ve never had a bad stay at a guesthouse in Kannabe, and this was lovely. The owner’s story about appearing on Millionaire was fascinating. Thank you. Final answer?!

Meals are self-service, and you can pick either the crab course or the meat course, which works well for guests who especially want crab. It seems suited to families skiing with children. The toilets are shared by men and women, so whether that works for you is a personal preference.

I’d hoped to play with my grandchildren at the snow amusement park in Up Kannabe, but I’d like to come back and get another chance. Thank you very much for looking after us. I’ve decided Miyamaso will be my place for crab from now on.

The hostess made us feel very welcome and was so kind. I’d like to return and have the crab.
