I only had one night here, and my main reason for booking was the private onsen. The baths were clean and well maintained, and the water felt great, though very hot. I didn't use the pass they provide for nearby public onsens. As a solo traveller, I hadn't realized I'd booked one of the ryokan's biggest rooms. It was fabulous, almost like being in an actual Japanese home. The service was excellent from the minute I arrived, and I only wish I could've stayed longer. Thanks for making my short visit so enjoyable and memorable. I'd definitely recommend this ryokan.

It was my first ryokan stay and I loved it. The staff were extremely polite and attentive to little details, and the ryokan is just 2 mins from the station, so you don't have to drag a suitcase all through town. There are 4 private onsens on site, which was handy since I felt too embarrassed to use a public one. We visited around Oct 14, which turned out to be festival time in Kinosaki. Most shops were closed, leaving very limited food options, so choose your dates carefully.

We spent 3 nights in the Omoto Suite at Mikuniya and loved the ryokan experience. The private onsens were amazing, and each day the staff were helpful and kind. Breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious every day. I'd highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a ryokan in Kinosaki.

The room was gorgeous, and the green tea they provided was delicious. It's a beautiful place for a stay in kinosakionsen, with a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere, on-site private onsens, and super friendly staff. Dinner wasn't available, but there are plenty of places to eat in town.

The hot spring facilities were clean and soothing, and the hotel had a peaceful, relaxing feel. The staff were kind, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile. This charming boutique onsen hotel felt like a warm retreat, with traditional Japanese hospitality throughout. Highly recommended if you're looking to unwind.
