Hotel Kinparo

We stayed in a large, clean Japanese-style room with a majestic sea view, and the service made us feel very well looked after. Our group had a big private room for dinner, the onsen was lovely, and the kids had fun in the little arcade. It's a short drive from Kinosaki Onsen. Just be aware there's no convenience store near Kinparo hotel. The closest one is in Kinosaki Onsen. I'd love to come back.

For the price, this Japanese-style hotel is a great deal, with lovely service and stunning views from the hotel and its observation decks. It's near Kinosaki Onsen village, which is a gem in its own right. Guests also get free access to the small aquarium with dolphins and other sea mammals.

The only thing I wasn't happy with was a tobacco smell in the room. Otherwise, the room was very spacious, Japanese-style, and had a breathtaking view. The building is old, but it's been renovated and kept in good shape. The staff were warm and full of hospitality, and the food was very nice. It's a bit far from Kinosaki Onsen station, but I didn't mind because the hotel's hot spring is better than the ones in town. Highly recommended.
