The kaiseki was presented beautifully. I also really liked the Tajima beef, both the shabu shabu and the hot-stone grilled version. The onsen water left my skin feeling silky smooth.

The onsen was even better than I expected. The staff weren't fluent in English, but they did their very best to host my family. Great service.
