Lodge Nagano

The staff at the lodge were very helpful with all our questions, and they put out a great varied breakfast spread each day, included with our stay. Our twin-share room had traditional floor beds that were very comfortable, though a little tough to get out of in the morning. It’s well placed for skiing, onsens, and restaurants. I’d recommend it, and we’ll be back next year.

The young staff team were hardworking, efficient, relaxed, and very accommodating. It was a pleasure staying here, with a lovely vibe and an easygoing atmosphere. They even baked their national dish in the afternoon and were happy to share it with guests. We really enjoyed our stay. The location worked well for walking to the ski locker, mountains, village restaurants, and various onsens. We had a cooked breakfast each morning, and could use the kitchen facilities for free if we wanted to cook for ourselves. Well done, Lodge Nagano, on being so fantastic.

Such a dream holiday! The snow was lovely, the food was great, and everyone on staff was so friendly. The location made it easy to get to lots of different places. It was pouring snow while I was there, a real winter wonderland. I’ll be back with my family and stay here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff were amazing and happy to help with any request. Each morning they cooked a fabulous breakfast, which was a great way to start busy days on the slopes. The location is hard to beat: it’s an easy walk to the ski locker, the main gondola, Nagasaki, and into town for restaurants, bars, and shops. I highly recommend Lodge Nagano, and we’ll definitely return.
