The check-in staff member was a foreigner and took the time to explain the hotel and its facilities so I could understand everything. That made me feel welcome. I also appreciated how thoughtfully breakfast was served, even though most of the food was frozen. This was an unusual container hotel, with each unit feeling separate and private. It was peaceful and comfortable. The privacy, breakfast service, and attentive check-in all made the stay enjoyable and memorable.

I love Oizumi. The location is excellent, close to the station as well as lots of restaurants and stores. The rooms are good quality, the concept is really interesting, and the service was genial.
