I was feeling unwell, and one of the cleaning staff kindly let me rest in a temporary room while she cleaned mine. Before her shift ended, she came by to see how I was doing, and she checked on me again the next day with real care. Her thoughtfulness made a difficult day much easier to get through. I'm very grateful for her compassion and for having staff who truly care about their guests.

The neighborhood is a little unusual, with plenty of bars and hostess clubs within a few blocks and along the main street by the train station. Nobody was pushy; they kept to themselves, but it's worth knowing about. The hotel is convenient for the station and a pretty good place to stay. The rooms are a bit dated, but functional and clean, so I have no complaint there. The hallways and elevators could use some paint, while the staff are very friendly and efficient.

The room and hotel were clean, the location was great, and the price was amazing value. There are a few girls' bars on the hotel's street, just so you know. I was travelling solo as a woman and never felt unsafe.

The pillows are soft but still firm enough to support your neck, and the burger restaurant on the first floor is tasty too. It's close to okayama station, with lots of good restaurants and a laundromat nearby. I had a great stay and highly recommend it.

In the middle of the night during my stay, the power suddenly went out. I was very disappointed by how poorly the hotel staff handled the situation, and customers weren't offered any compensation.
