The rooms were nice and had the usual amenities, and kids seemed to enjoy the pool. Extra showers and towels were available there too. If you have a rental car, it’s an okay place to stay in Onna, though there are better choices nearby. I’d skip the breakfast: there wasn’t much variety, and when we asked for a replacement plain bowl of cereal for our son because of his dairy allergy, we were charged full price. Naturepop down the road has much better coffee and food, and it’s only a 2-minute walk.

The rooms are really spacious, which is great for families. There are food trucks if you want something to eat, and the lobby is a nice place to relax or just lounge around, with a fireplace where family and friends can catch up.

The hotel is centrally located, so it’s easy to drive to places of interest around Onna. Everything was very clean. I was surprised they didn’t provide complimentary coffee, tea, or bottled water.

For what Ctrip charges, this felt like terrible value. The hotel provides almost no service and is extremely basic. There was no staff help in the lobby, not even a polite greeting, and it felt like a cheap motel. The public-area elevator had no air conditioning, which was really uncomfortable, and there wasn’t even drinking water in the room. Breakfast had very little choice and didn’t feel worth its price. The pool facilities were well below what I’d expect at this price, and the staff were unfriendly. My first day in Okinawa was completely ruined. Avoid at all costs!
